Dimensional Signage and Light Boxes

Dimensional signage is the professional term for 3D signs. These signs have individually-cut letters and other graphics, and they project from the wall or other backing that they are mounted to. The effect is very impressive, and depending on the design, can look quite upscale as well. This makes such signage popular in office building lobbies, the offices of large corporations, and in similar locations.

To get the most impressive appearance, dimensional signs can be outfitted with internal or external lighting. All dimensional letters can be customized, including material thickness, type of materials, finishes, and custom colors. Not all dimensional faces are flat they can also be made prismatic, rounded or square.

 

Other signs are high visibility not because of contrast, but due to light. LED lightbox conversions turn old fluorescent or incandescent boxes into efficient, long-lasting ones with no need to get entire new signs. Buildings that use the lightbox style are getting LED lightbox conversions more and more often because of these benefits. Plus, since LED bulbs can produce brighter light without an accompanying increase in heat production, they are great for making old signs more visible.
